Our recipes come straight from the islands, passed down through generations and adapted with the freshest local ingredients Nebraska has to offer. We slow-roast our kalua pig the old way, make our lomi lomi by hand, and source our poke with the same care our grandmothers would insist on.

Poke Night
Every Friday, our poke bar is fully loaded. Fresh cuts, bold sauces, and all the toppings. Stop by early — we sell out.
Kalua Pig Sundays
We start roasting our kalua pig first thing Sunday morning. By lunch, the whole place smells like home. Limited daily portions.
Catering & Events
